The trail lap is a 11.5 km trail race which takes place in a hilly and changing terrain. The trail lap WALK, a walking class with no timing, is 8 kilometers.
Four runners each run a section through the Castle Forest in the Relay Race.

Lilla Varvet, for children and youth aged 7-13 years old, runs a course in the Castle Forest. It finishes at the Castle Forest.
